Chicano Awareness Center 1970's

The Chicano Awareness Center (CAC) started up in South Omaha around the mid to late 1970's. It was one of the two organizations that served the Mexican community in South Omaha alongside the Our Lady Of Guadalupe Church (OLG). Now, the CAC is most commonly know as the Latino Center of the Midlands.
